Ms. Miranda

Ms. Miranda has her undergraduate degree in education and is the owner and director of the program.

"I originally thought that I wanted to be a nurse but upon doing some service learning in a school focused on children with special needs, I realized that my passion was actually teaching! Partnering with children and their families has become such an important part of my life and I can honestly say that I look forward to getting up and going to work each day! I have such a deep love for teaching and nurturing children. I feel so much joy watching each child grow, meet new milestones, and become confident in themselves and their abilities. Seeing the expression they make and the twinkle they get when they master a new skill is such an amazing experience."

Ms. Miranda enjoys activities such as rock climbing and hiking and will often share her experiences with the children in the classroom through discussion, photos, and videos.

Ms. Jordyn

Miss Jordyn has worked in a child care setting for 3 years. She has worked closely with children aged 1 to 3 years old. She hopes to eventually pursue a career in pediatric nursing to continue working with little ones.

"I love watching children grow and learn. I was always the neighborhood go-to babysitter growing up and spent time with children ages 3 - 12 years old. I have always found joy in being someone that families can trust to care for their children. As a child, I used to be OBSESSED with babies even though I was still a "baby" myself and always tried to pat babies on the head. When my brother was born, my parents called me "swooper mauler" because I was always attached to him like glue. Being able to work with children as an adult has been a wonderful experience!"

Ms. Jordyn loves to go skiing in her free time, especially at Gunstock and in the Lakes Region. She is always supporting her brother by attending and watching his hockey games.

"Growing up I always took care of my siblings while my parents worked. This is where my love for children started. I would babysit for friends and family and always thoroughly enjoyed it. Building relationships with children and their families brings me so much joy. No matter what kind of day you're having, when those little faces look up at you with smiles, you realize it is all worth it and there's nothing else you would rather be doing!”

Ms. Hayley spends her free time with her daughter, Penelope, who is currently enrolled in our Pinecone Studio. She loves taking her to the park, finding new adventures to do together, and LOVES going to the beach and sticking their toes in the sand and splashing in the ocean waves. Ms. Kaylie

Ms. Kaylie is a first-time teacher at our center. She is currently pursuing her education at MCC to become an associate qualified educator. Ms. Kaylie is an assistant teacher that works in all of our studios but spends the most time in our Pinecone Studio with our infants and toddlers.

“I grew up babysitting and caring for my younger siblings when my parents were not home. This was the beginning of my realization of my love for working with children. The desire got stronger when I took a “careers in education” class in high school that had me working with 3 and 4 year olds. I enjoyed doing projects with them, hearing their unique perspectives, and observing them in their play. I loved to share in their joy and happiness as they made connections with myself and the other teachers in the class. From this point, I was sure I wanted to work with children and was eager to start working in a center and furthering my education!”

Ms. Kaylie enjoys listening to music, specifically pop and early 2010’s. She also enjoys writing short stories and spending time outdoors. She loves to hike, explore new trails, and play with her siblings outside. She enjoys spending time with her family and often will have game night with them!

Ms. Rae

Ms. Rae is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in wildlife conservation. She has worked with children aged 2 to 10 years old for 6 years. She is an associate float teacher that works in all of our studios.

“Growing up as the oldest of my two siblings, nurturing those younger than me has always fulfilled me. During my years in high school, I lived in a very disadvantaged neighborhood and spent lots of time volunteering with art, park, and therapy programs for the children in my community. I learned how important it is for children’s development to have safe, secure, and reliable adults in their life. I love sharing my passion for nature and art with the kids and seeing how easily they match my curiosity and enthusiasm.”

Ms. Rae loves spending time in nature, especially birdwatching, hiking, and swimming. She is an avid artist, working primarily with watercolor, pencil, and fiber crafts. When she’s not outdoors or working on her art, she loves playing games like Dungeons & Dragons and reading.
